We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and load capacity. Product images are for illustration; slight variation in colour or finish may occur between production batches. Our products are daily living aids and are not medical devices.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency selected on this site and may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Customs duties or import taxes levied by your country are not included in our prices and remain your responsibility.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.

8. Warranty and limitation of liability
We warrant that products will be delivered in good condition and match their description. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Our products assist with daily tasks but do not replace professional care. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for the person who will use it, and for following the manufacturer’s installation and safety instructions.
