Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following regions:
- North America (United States, Canada)
- Europe (United Kingdom and most EU countries)
- Japan and South Korea
- Australia and New Zealand
- Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan)
Where We Do Not Ship
We do not ship to the Russian Federation, the Middle East, war-affected regions, or other remote areas. Orders addressed to these destinations cannot be accepted, and a parcel that has already left our warehouse cannot be refunded. If you are unsure where you are, please contact us before ordering.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 14:00 China Standard Time on a business day are usually prepared the same day. All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Delivery Estimates
- North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia: 7–15 business days after dispatch
- Central Asia: 10–20 business days after dispatch
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery time does not include customs clearance, which varies by destination. Once a parcel enters the destination country’s postal network it is outside our direct control and can be delayed by customs inspection or carrier backlogs.
Shipping Cost
All product prices exclude shipping. Shipping cost is calculated separately based on destination and package weight. If a shipping quote is needed after checkout, our team will contact you promptly.
